Nice modern rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant next door offers discounts, really convenient. No hot water when we needed it though.

Friendly staff made check-in easy. Room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The pool was enjoyable and open late. The mattress was worn out, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Proximity to restaurants and a golf course is a plus.

The staff was super helpful in getting us set up to see the northern lights! They even had hot cocoa ready for us which was a nice touch!
Not the cheapest stay I’ve had, but worth it for the experience.

The indoor jacuzzi and sauna are a great way to unwind after a long day. You can bring your furry friends and let them run around in the pet area while you relax.
No elevator means climbing stairs with your bags–a real workout!

The room was freshly renovated, offering a clean and spacious layout. the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, leading to a chilly welcome upon arrival. The bed was excessively soft, causing discomfort and back pain. The bathroom had frozen tile floors, and the shower lacked water pressure. Noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, impacting sleep quality, as I could hear arguments and slamming doors. Maintenance visits and unexpected knocks interrupted our stay. While the view was beautiful, these room issues overshadowed the positives. The staff was helpful, yet the room's conditions could be improved significantly.

I really didn’t enjoy how families treated the hot tub like a pool, with kids jumping and splashing everywhere. It felt chaotic and unsafe, especially since we were just trying to relax. Not the peaceful vibe I’d hoped for.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated having a fridge in the room and the friendly service that made me feel at ease. The central location near a gas station and restaurant was convenient for quick bites. Plus, the dog run out back was a nice touch for pet owners looking to stretch their furry friend's legs.
My Xmas stay was far from restful due to the thin walls allowing me to hear all sorts of noises from neighboring rooms. To top it off, there were disruptive guests in the hallway at odd hours, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Unexpectedly modernized rooms catch the eye. Location is superb, ideal after a long hike. Northern Pines was a standout recommendation—delicious food. Amenities like the gym and sauna are a pleasant surprise. Fast Wi-Fi, clean spaces, and comfortable beds are appreciated. There’s even a water bottle filler, a nice touch. the cleanliness needs a serious overhaul. Some rooms were not up to standard—dusty sheets, dirty floors, and unkempt bathrooms. No elevator might be an inconvenience for some. Staff were friendly overall, but there were lapses in service. One incident with a reckless staff member stood out—unprofessional and unnecessary. A mixed bag, certainly room for improvement, but there’s potential here.

Room and facility clean and recently updated. Conveniently located just off I, 40, making it easy to access. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a day of exploring.
Customer service lacking; reported a shower issue, but no resolution provided during the stay.

This hotel is in a fantastic area, just a few steps from the Northern Pines Restaurant and less than a 5-minute walk from Dirty Birdies Sports Bar & Grill, making it super easy to grab some delicious food after a day of exploring; the comfortable rooms are spacious with great amenities like a nice writing desk and well-maintained linens, although the thin walls can be a bit noisy at night.

Modernized room with a great atmosphere caught me off guard—definitely an upgrade from its past. The staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful, despite a little hiccup with the security paddle locking us out. Noise was a real struggle, though; exterior doors slammed like crazy, making it hard to sleep. The lack of breakfast was disappointing, especially with the $10 coupon offering just basic fare. Still, the location had convenient dining options nearby. I'd be curious to return and see how the ongoing renovations shape up.

Perfect for our adventure-seeking crew with hiking and mountain biking just a stone's throw away. The rooms were rad and the location made it super easy to fuel up at nearby eateries.
Wish there was a swanky rooftop lounge for young party animals to vibe and chill after a day of extreme sports.

We just checked out of Elev8 and had a mixed experience. the heating in our room was fantastic - kept us cozy and warm throughout our stay. The air conditioning, however, seemed a bit inconsistent, sometimes struggling to cool the room adequately. The room was equipped with a kettle and tea/coffee facilities, which was a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that there was no sitting area or patio to relax outside. The lack of garden furniture made it challenging to enjoy the outdoors, especially on a nice day. The free toiletries provided were basic but handy. It would have been a nice upgrade to have some extra amenities like a hairdryer or complimentary slippers. The am/fm alarm clock in the room was a nice addition for those early wake-up calls. The flat-screen TV worked well, but the parquet floor felt a bit outdated and could benefit from some refurbishment. the laundry facilities on-site were convenient, but perhaps could use some updating for a more modern touch. We appreciated that pet amenities were available, making it easy to travel with our furry companions. it would have been nice to see more options for pet-friendly activities or services. Elev8 has some great aspects, like the efficient heating and pet-friendly amenities. improvements could be made in the air conditioning system, outdoor seating options, and updating certain facilities like the flooring. All in all, it was a decent stay with room for enhancement.

We had a blast exploring the hiking and biking trails nearby, creating unforgettable family memories. The ski storage was a convenient touch for our winter gear.
For dads it would be great to have a kids' play area.

In love with the pancakes at Dirty Birdies! And the daily 20 beers on tap? Yes, please! Safety features made me feel like a VIP. The hot tub and sauna combo - a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing!
Oh, yay, hard mattresses are just what my sore hips needed, thanks! .

Elev8 flagstaff i-40 exit 198 butler ave was in a good middle area between the grand canyon and phoenix. the staff were pleasant and friendly, giving a good first impression. the king room was well-equipped with two sitting chairs, a writing desk, and offered a great view of the mountains. the hotel had an outdoor heated pool, an indoor hot tub, and provided 10% off at the local pub and restaurant for staying here. the availability of usb ports and outlets allowed for convenient business usage.
Cannot find any fault 😊

During our road trip, we had a great stay at a hotel in Flagstaff. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice pool and jacuzzi, which were clean and relaxing. The price was very reasonable, making it a great value for money. The location was convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to the freeway.
That the room felt a bit stuffy upon entering and the AC only produced heat. However, the staff explained that this was due to the system not being switched from heat to air conditioning yet.

the hotel was super clean, and the location was perfect with a cool sports bar nearby that served a good breakfast. we checked out the zoo and found a nearby denny's. oh, and there's no carpet in the rooms!
Totally recommend
